BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

All 5 individuals who serve on our board of directors and all three people who serve on our supervisory committee are members of the credit union themselves.  They are elected by the membership and serve without pay.

 

Board directors are responsible for the overall management of the credit union, ensuring that it operates in the best interest of all its members.  They met regularly to discuss and decide such things as credit union policy, interest and dividend rates, and the future direction of our credit union.

The Supervisory committee of NJCCCU is a three person panel that operates independently of the board of directors and of the credit union staff.  Its main goal is to ensure that the credit union manages its assets along with making certain that all regulations procedures and policies are followed.
