Administration and Finance

 

 

Administration and Finance oversees the material needs of the parish by advising and making recommendations to the pastor in matters of financial resources and the maintenance of the parish plant.  Members are appointed by the pastor.

Heavenly Dusters

 

Teams of volunteers alternate cleaning our church.  Each team is scheduled to work every four to five weeks for approximately one and a half-hours.  Duties include:  dusting, vacuuming, cleaning glass doors, straightening hymnals and filling the holy water bowls.  Any parishioner, man, woman or teen, is welcomed to join our ministry.

Stewardship Committee

 

Our committee promotes stewardship as a “Way of Life” at Immaculate Conception Parish.  We encourage all parishioners to be good stewards of the gifts they have been given and to share their time, talent and treasure.  We meet monthly on the third Thursday of the month.  Parishioners interested in joining will be expected to assist on sub-committees that work toward an overall practice of stewardship in our parish.
